Our aim

Nature & More was created in response to consumer demand for healthy, organic and fairly traded food. Our aim is to communicate the commitment and effort that individual growers make towards the planet and its people. In this way we hope to empower you to make informed purchasing decisions.

The sustainability flower

The sustainability flower is the model we use to monitor and communicate all ecological and social aspects of sustainability. Every grower has his own personal sustainability flower. The flower points the way to a greener economy: an economy that results in improved human well-being and social equity, while significantly reducing environmental risks and ecological scarcities. Our growers can be found all over the world, in six continents! Our head office is in Waddinxveen, the Netherlands, with subsidiaries in several countries. Our fruits and vegetables are sold throughout Europe and beyond.

History

Nature & More has its roots in the last century as an additional quality assurance program of Eosta. In 2004 Nature & More went online and in 2009 the concept of the Sustainability Flower was developed and subsequently incorporated in the online transparency system. During its short period of existence, Nature & More has been awarded several prestigious prizes.
