Kiwi cucumber carpaccio

This is what summer on a plate looks like: a fabulous start of a great family dinner

Peel and thinly slice the kiwis. Rinse the cucumber and equally thinly slice.

Mix the crayfish with the mayonnaise and lime juice.

Put the kiwi and cucumber slices alternately on the plate. Put the crayfish in the middle. Garnish with finely chopped basil if you like.

1 cucumber

400 gr crayfish

2 table spoons mayonnaise

1 tea spoon lime juice
