Solidarity

Our employees come from Romania. It all started a few years ago when the local church set up a project to support two villages in Romania.  By providing jobs to many of the villagers here in Holland for 6 months of the year everyone benefits.  The project is a success and has been expanded to include a further two villages.  The employees are happy because they are paid according to Dutch and European legislation and are working / living with close friends and families.  Bio Brass benefits from these hard working, well motivated employees.
