Pumpkin as an aphrodisiac?

In 2004 pumpkin sales in the U.K. suddenly rocketed! Within half a day all the pumpkins of U.K. largest supermarket where sold. The reason: An English doctor had called pumpkins seeds “Viagra for Woman”. Pumpkin seeds contain lots of zinc and omega 3 fatty acids. Pumpkin seeds are available in small bags or in pumpkin bread but you can also try to get them out of your personal pumpkin. Dry for three days, take them out of the shell and roast .. They taste great in salads.
