One of the most important key performance indicators under “Freedom” is individual development. Ron “I strongly believe that our employees need to see and more importantly understand the whole process and are not just focusing on one specific task, that is why when someone new starts they get to work throughout the business”.  Ron, has a very international workforce (Dutch, Slovaks en Poles) and furthermore ensures that every year a foreign student get’s the chance to work at Groenland “in the past years we have add students from Peru and Ecuador and this season we will be joined by someone from Japan, I think this is positive for the team spirit”.
