Since Ron works acording to Dutch and EU labor legislation, health & safety issues, implementation of employee welfare schemes, pension plans, safe working conditions, employee rights are fully respected and adhered to. For Ron “solidarity” also means helping out people with a little less money to spend.  That is why his greenhouse in Andel, regularly donates fresh, healthy aubergines and Ramiro peppers to the local food bank initiative. Ron “I have given myself the task not to throw away any of my vegetables, if they are not donated to the community, they are used for feeding cattle, but nothing is thrown away!”
