ITFC works according to international labour laws and ensures that employees are guaranteed equal opportunities through communication with the local and national trade union. The trade union is made up of members from the various departments as well as a representative of the Ghana Trade Union Congress. All contract terms agreed upon are approved of by the local and the national union representatives. The Union is afforded working days to meet the various sections to explain and clarify any contract terms that relate to the departments and employees.
