ITFC supports its staff in fighting the HIV/AIDS pandemic. In an effort to increase understanding and prevention, the company has written an HIV/AIDS policy. While the company continues to provide prevention education throughout the region, the policy also provides workers with access to bi-yearly voluntary counseling and testing visits. Should an employee need treatment, ITFC will provide the necessary support to make that possible, and ensure job security for infected employees.
