Due to the nature and size of the farms, organic operations are often family owned and managed. The Nature & More growers are no exception and from the stories they tell us it is clear that the constant close family bond has been instrumental in their success.

Take Rini Hopmans for example, his business is managed in close cooperation with his wife. Furthermore it was his son that convinced him to go down the organic road. “I feel more grower than manager and there is no distance between owners and workers, we do the same work and manage together. In this way we are a real family farm.”
