Lemons against global warming!

Blackies oranges, mandarins and lemons are both water efficient and climate friendly, as the water footprint and the carbon footprint show. (see “air” and “water” in the sustainability flower!). Sun Valley Farms uses advanced composting techniques which sequester carbon in the soil and improve the soil structure. In this way both water use and greenhouse gas emission are improved and the orchards will be more resistant to droughts and flooding as the climate changes!
