Asian leafy greens
Our range of Asian leafy greens include Chinese baby cabbage, Choi sum, Chinese Spinach, Chinese lettuce and Chinese kale. These healthy green vegetables are indispensable in Hong Kong and Southern Chinese cuisine and are eaten at a daily basis.
These leafy greens are usually boiled in water and then seasoned with soy sauce and peanut or sesame oil. Alternatively, they can also be seasoned and cooked.
