In the “air” section of the flower, we tell you how the grower reduces his greenhouse gas emissions. The earth atmosphere is maintained by life on earth, and gives it the breath of life in return, so we should be careful with it. Global warming is a major problem now. Air pollution in the cities poses a threat to our health. For a large number of our growers, we have measured their carbondioxide footprint in detail: from the field to a European store. By producing compost, we have the possibility to produce climate neutral foods.
