Energy

In the “energy” part of the flower, we tell you how the grower reduces his energy use. Real food is sun food: the sun is the original energy source in all life. In the last hundred years, energy from oil and gas has come to play a leading roll though: fertilizer, pesticides, transport, packaging are all powered with fossil fuel. This is now proving to be an irresponsible risk to the development of future generations. That’s why we try to be as careful with energy as possible.
