It’s very simple to make. Peel a ginger root and cut about 5 slices per cup of tea. Do the same with a turmeric root (careful, the turmeric will stain your fingers yellow). Add a pinch of black pepper, this helps the body to absorb the curcumin in turmeric. Pour hot water on and infuse for 5 minutes. Add honey, lemon peel and/or lemon juice to taste.
