Mandarin popsicles

The best refreshment on a hot summer day

Peel the mandarins and make a puree using a blender. Press the mandarin pulp through a sieve using the bowl of a spoon.

Mix the mandarin puree and the yoghurt. Pour into the popsicle molds and leave to refrigerate in the freezer for a few hours.
