Ingredients

500 g mixed fresh fruit (e.g., berries, grapes, melon, kiwi)

200 g plain yoghurt (or plant-based yoghurt)

2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

1 lime (juice + zest)

Optional: 1 tbsp chopped mint
Method

Chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces and add to a bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk yoghurt with honey, lime juice and lime zest.

Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently.

Top with mint if you like, and serve immediately.
