Celeriac salad with fricandeau and apple

All autumn flavors in one salad

Cut the celeriac clean and use only the inner part.
Grate the celeriac in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, horseradish and a little lemon juice.
In a bowl, mix some lettuce leaves with the celeriac and apple slices.
Garnish with slices of fricandeau, pepper and salt.

halfa celeriac
one headof Batavia lettuce
200 gof sliced fricandeau
1apple, sliced 
4 tbl. sp.of mayonnaise
 Grated fresh horseradish or 2 tablespoons horseradish from a jar
1lemon
