Organic Raingrown Avocados

Country

Mexico

Hi, my name is Eder Salvador Vallejo Gellegos, and together with my team at Avova we grow and export Organic Raingrown Avocados from the lush orchards of Peribán de Ramos, Michoacán, Mexico. Our avocados are cultivated with a strong focus on sustainability: they grow on natural rainfall, without irrigation, making them an eco-friendly choice and a nutrient-rich organic superfood.

Raingrown by design

At Avova, “raingrown” is not a slogan—it is the foundation of the farming system. By relying on rainfall instead of irrigation, we help protect the natural water balance in the region and reduce pressure on valuable freshwater resources.

Healthy orchards, naturally supported

We focus on orchard health through practical, nature-aligned methods. The soil is enriched using organic inputs, and the trees are supported with targeted foliar nutrients and regular pruning to keep them strong and productive. This approach helps maintain fertility and supports stable yields and quality.

Deep roots and distinctive taste

Avova is a family business, and our orchards include older avocado trees—some more than 50 years old. These mature trees are known for producing fruit with a rich taste and a high oil content, which contributes to the creamy texture people love.

Quality you can count on

From cultivation to export, we work to deliver consistent organic quality. That is why we keep improving our post-harvest processes as well—so buyers can rely on avocados that meet expectations in taste, condition and performance throughout the supply chain.
