These oven-baked sweet potato fries are crisp on the outside, tender on the inside and seasoned for maximum flavour — a delicious side or snack with your favourite dip.
Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes, washed and cut into sticks

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat

Method

Preheat: Heat oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prep fries: Place sweet potato sticks in a large bowl.

Season: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper (and cayenne/herbs if using). Toss to coat evenly.
