These stuffed Medjool dates are simple, elegant and perfect for parties, snacks or a sweet bite after dinner. Soft dates meet crunchy nuts and creamy cheese or nut butter for irresistible contrast.
Ingredients

12 Medjool dates, pitted

60–80 g goat cheese or cream cheese (or almond/peanut butter)

30–40 g chopped nuts (e.g., pistachios, almonds or walnuts)

Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Optional: sea salt or cinnamon
Method

Prep dates: Slice each date lengthwise and gently open, removing the pit if needed.

Stuff: Spoon about 1–2 tsp of cheese or nut butter into each date.

Add nuts: Sprinkle chopped nuts over the stuffed dates.

Finish: Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and add a tiny pinch of sea salt or cinnamon if you like.
