This refreshing smoothie brings together juicy kiwi, tropical pineapple and cooling mint — a perfect energising drink for breakfast or any time you want a bright, fruity boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1–2 fresh mint leaves (to taste)

  • ½ cup plain yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)

  • ¼–½ cup water or coconut water (adjust for preferred consistency)

  • Optional: ice cubes

Method

  1. Combine: Add kiwi, pineapple, mint, yoghurt and water to a blender.

  2. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust: Add ice cubes and blend again if you want it colder/thicker.

  4. Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
