Ingredients

190 g flour

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch salt

120 ml agave syrup

120 ml canola oil

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

5 mangosteens, pulp only, chopped

½ cup dried blueberries
-
½ cup dried cranberries
-
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

Powdered sugar (to finish)
Method

Preheat oven to 175°C and line a tray.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.

Stir in mangosteen, dried fruit and ginger, then combine with dry mix.

Scoop onto tray and bake 10–12 min. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
