  • 600–800 g parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat: Heat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Arrange: Spread parsnips in a single layer on the prepared sheet.

  4. Roast: Roast 30–40 minutes, turning halfway, until tender and golden brown.
