Bright, creamy and naturally sweet, this dragon fruit smoothie is a tropical treat that works for breakfast, a snack or anytime you want a refreshing boost.
Ingredients

1 cup dragon fruit (pitahaya), peeled and cubed

1 banana, sliced and frozen

½ cup coconut water (or almond milk)

½ cup Greek yoghurt (or plant-based yoghurt)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
Method

Prepare fruit: Place dragon fruit cubes and frozen banana in a blender.

Add liquids: Pour in coconut water and yoghurt.

Sweeten: Add honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.

Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice if desired and blend again.
