Ingredients

  • 1 cup dragon fruit (pitahaya), peeled and cubed

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen

  • ½ cup coconut water (or almond milk)

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt (or plant-based yoghurt)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Method

  1. Prepare fruit: Place dragon fruit cubes and frozen banana in a blender.

  2. Add liquids: Pour in coconut water and yoghurt.

  3. Sweeten: Add honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.

  4. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice if desired and blend again.

  5. Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy cold.

  • 1–2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Method

  1. Prep fruit: Combine dragon fruit, mango and kiwi in a large bowl.

  2. Add citrus: Zest the lime over the fruit, then squeeze in the juice.
