Schneiden Sie die Passionsfrüchte in zwei Hälften.
Kratzen Sie das Fruchtfleisch aus und passieren Sie es durch ein Sieb. Drücken Sie sie mit einem Löffel ein wenig aus, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie den ganzen Saft herausbekommen, und werfen Sie die Kerne weg.
