Sweet Passion fruit dressing

Cut the Passion fruits in half.

Scrape out the pulp and strain it through a sieve. Press it a little bit with a spoon to make sure you get all the juice out and discard the seeds. 

Put the juice in a jar together with the olive oil and the sweetener. 

Always shake the dressing before using. 

Pour the dressing over your salad. Store it in the fridge for up to one week.
