Oriental warmth with ginger and curcuma

Cut a thumb-sized piece of fresh turmeric and fresh ginger into small pieces and make a paste using a little almond oil. Heat the paste in a saucepan with 250 ml of almond milk for about 10 minutes… don’t let it boil. Add some fresh ground pepper, cardamom and honey to taste.

Be careful when working with turmeric, it can stain your skin and clothes.
