Witlofschuitjes zijn net kleine lepeltjes waar je een salade op kunt serveren. Deze schuitjes vulden we met een fruitsalade van sinaasappel, appel, rozijnen en pijnboompitjes.
Bereiding
Was de witlof, snijd de kontjes eraf en leg de schuitjes los op een bord. Snijd de appel en sinaasappel in kleine stukjes. Doe de appels, sinaasappels en rozijnen in een grote kom.
Voor de dressing, meng de room met de acacia honing en mosterd en breng op smaak. Giet de dressing over de salade, meng goed.
Vul de witlofschuitjes met de salade en strooi de geroosterde pijnboompitten over de gevulde schuitjes.
