Lemongrass ginger tea

Lemongrass is often used in soups and curries but it is also a great ingredient to make a delicious tea particularly if combined with fresh organic ginger.

Fill a tea pot with boiling water and add the ginger and lemongrass. Allow to steep for around 10 - 15 minutes. Strain out lemongrass and ginger pieces and enjoy !

1 knobof fresh ginger - peeled and sliced
3 cupsof water
2 stalksof lemongrass, white inner part only - crush the bulb end of the stalks with the blunt edge of your knife and slice thinly
