Bereidingswijze
1. Maak de spruitjes schoon en kook ze in ruim kokend water 7-10 minuten beetgaar.
2. Spoel de spruitjes in een vergiet af met koud water, laat ze heel goed uitlekken en dep ze droog met keukenpapier.
3. Rijg de spruitjes aan een satéprikker, afgewisseld met een blokje appel en stukje kipfilet.
4. Bestrijk de spiesjes dun met honing en grilleer ze in een grillpan, in een tafelgrill of onder een hete ovengrill tot de honing licht gekarameliseerd is. Eet smakelijk!
