Clean the sprouts and boil them for around 7 – 10 minutes (depending on the size). Place them in a colander and cool with cold water. Consequently dry the sprouts with a paper towel. Wrap each sprout in a thin slice of bacon and place on skewer with an apple dice. Brush the bacon, sprout, apple skewer with honey and grill them in the oven or in a hot pan until the honey is caramelized.
