Cucumber and smoked salmon 'biscuits'

Your family and friends will love this tasty and healthy snack.

Preparation

20 minutes

Wash and peel the cucumber, then cut it into 1,5 cm thick pieces (biscuits!) Put the milk and the salmon in a mixer, add the cream cheese and mix everything till you will get a thick sauce. Season with dill and horseradish. Use a pastry bag to "pipe" the sauce on top of each cucumber 'biscuit'. Finish with a whole or half tomato on top.
