Pumpkin Soup

Chope and place into a pot: Pumpkin (1), onion (1), garlic (2 cloves), finely chopped ginger (1 tbsp), Apple (1), water (250 ml); Optional: broth/stock (500 ml) - otherwise more water.
- Boil for 15 minutes until pumpkin is tender.
- Blend everything until smooth. 

Add milk/cream to taste (Plant-based or Dairy)
Add salt and pepper to taste
